💚 Meet Our 2026 NCI Summer Interns!

This summer, NCI is excited to welcome four outstanding interns to our team!

Over the next 8 weeks, they’ll gain hands-on experience both in the field and in the office; learning, growing, and making an impact along the way.

We’re proud to have three interns joining our Project Management team - Malone, Tavion, and Cleenton - and one intern, Kevin, supporting our Preconstruction team.

👷‍♂️ Malone – Project Management Intern
A graduating senior from South River High School, Malone brings hands-on construction experience and welding certifications. He enjoys working in the field and is excited to be part of larger-scale projects.

👷‍♂️ Tavion – Project Management Intern
A finance and management major, Tavion is eager to gain real-world experience in budgeting, cost control, and project coordination while learning how strong leadership drives project success.

👷‍♂️ Cleenton – Project Management Intern
A Construction Management student and scholarship recipient, Cleenton is passionate about learning, leadership, and making a positive impact while working toward his goal of becoming a superintendent.

📐 Kevin – Preconstruction Intern
A Towson University graduate, Kevin is excited to begin his career by gaining hands-on experience in planning and estimating while learning from industry professionals.

Throughout the summer, our interns will be building valuable skills, forming connections, and getting a true look at what it’s like to be part of the NCI team.
