Sherwood HS Warrior Club The Sherwood HS Warrior Club is dedicated to the support of all Sherwood HS athletic programs. The Warrior Club is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization.

The Sherwood Warrior Club is the official all-sports booster club at Sherwood High School. It raises funds and rallies support for the 40+ teams that play across three sports seasons. It is comprised of parents and guardians of Sherwood athletes — and fans of Warrior athletics — who are committed to providing our students with the best possible high school athletic experience. We do this by raising money for equipment, field maintenance and other team needs. As you may imagine, the need for maintaining practice and playing fields, the gym, track, other athletic facilities, equipment, and technology to support these teams year-round can far exceed a county budget line item. Some of the investments made possible by your Warrior Club donations include:

Softball batting cages
Covers for baseball pitching mound/batting area
New girls lacrosse goalie equipment
Renovation of practice fields, softball infield
Computer for swim team
Solar powered scoreboard for the baseball field, expanded gymnasium scoreboard
New gymnastics mats
Golf bags
Track & field conditioning equipment
Refurbished football helmets
New championship banners for the gymnasium

More court time, more chances to rally! Each Battle of the Paddles team will play seven round-robin games during its two-hour division. First, second, and third place in each division will be determined by wins, with total points allowed serving as the tiebreaker.

Have a pickleball partner in mind? Sign up together for Battle of the Paddles on October 24. Each player should complete their own registration. Need a partner instead? You can request one when you sign up. Loaner paddles are also available.

The tournament runs from 8:30 AM–2:30 PM on Saturday, October 24. Players register individually, and loaner paddles are available.

What can campers look forward to on November 7? A morning with the Sherwood Poms, treats and drinks, a certificate of completion, and a souvenir picture!

Check-in is at 8:30 AM, camp begins at 9:00 AM, and campers will show what they learned at 11:30 AM for family and friends.

Join the MCPS Division 1 award-winning Sherwood Poms for Pom Day Camp on Saturday, November 7! Camp is for students in grades Pre-K/Kindergarten through 7.

Check-in begins at 8:30 AM, camp starts at 9:00 AM, and families and friends can watch the 11:30 AM showcase.

Registration is $30; walk-ins are $35.
