Busy week this week and it’s only Thursday.
Finished grading the inside of the Fremont, NH foundation for Tucker McCarthy.

Demolished a deck and dug a garage in Epping, NH for SGI Group.
Footings were poured when I came back with the trailer.

Then finishing off the week in Concord,NH removing asphalt, sod and loam then prepping for a large patio for Roberto.

Waiting on underground plumbing inspection then framing can start next week.

Today we had to do some hammering on a massive rock that was in the way of the new foundation in Fremont, NH.
Foundation starts on Friday.

We have a lot going on this week. But that’s never a bad thing.
Started a new house lot in Fremont for McCarthy, spread loam and graveled the driveway in Haverhill, MA for SGI Group, and the basement floor was poured today in Newton, NH by the best in the business Hans Nicolaisen NK Farmer.
Don’t judge my drone flying skills it was the first time.

A few more pictures of the Newton NH foundation. Floors getting poured next week then we will be back to do the septic in about a month.

The Newton house is moving along this week.

Saturday. Formed foundation.
Monday. Poured foundation.
Tuesday. Stripped foundation.
Wednesday. Waterproofing sprayed.
Thursday. Perimeter drain and backfill.

Thanks to Integrity Foundation Sealing.
For something that gets hidden when backfilled they still take the time to mask a perfectly straight line and take pride in there work.

Finished up the light pole bases and trenching for electrical conduit in Kensington NH today.
We had to make some adjustments to get around the existing EV charger conduit but there wasn’t any sparks so we call it a win.

Today we installed some Shea concrete Recon LPB light pole bases in Kensington, NH
These are an awesome design with no wait time due to the adjustable bolt pattern.
I would like to see a few design changes but overall they are great.
