Thank you to everyone who came out for the 19six Annual Rib Cook-Off last week! Our industry partners brought their A-game (and their smokers), and our judges had the very tough job of blind-tasting every entry.

We’re proud to see both Tower Broadway and The Residency projects recognized among the 24 other Sacramento Business Journal Best Real Estate Awards honorees.

19six transformed a former office building into 38 homes near UC Davis Medical Center to create The Residency. Tower Broadway introduced 68 new apartments and ground-floor retail for the historic Tower Records corner.

Congratulations to all the honorees, and thank you to our incredible partners who helped bring these projects to life.

Groundbreaking on the Integrated Behavioral Health Center in Gridley, CA!

19six is proud to design this ground-up facility bringing Butte County's Behavioral Health Administration, Adult Services, Youth Services, and a Wellness Center together under one roof, replacing scattered leased spaces with a unified home for care. Separate entries for Adult and Youth Services connect to a shared intake hub, supporting the county's at-risk community with dignity and accessibility.

The CASH Mixer at BeSpoke in Fresno brought together industry professionals for an evening of networking and connection.

Mike Schoen, Tracie Anes, and Tasha Rodriquez represented the team and had the opportunity to interact with CASH supporters from across the industry, including architects, general contractors, designers, school districts, vendors, and more.

The evening was made possible through the support of Darden, Mark Wilson Construction, CSI, Myrtha Pools, and TenCate. Conversations throughout the evening offered valuable insight into current projects, industry priorities, and the evolving needs of school districts and their partners.
