Bringing high-end dental design to the heart of Daly City! 📐✨

MZK Architecture + Design (MZKAD) is officially in the Entitlements phase for our latest project: a luxury dental studio located in a premier Daly City shopping mall.

Building in a major retail hub requires a specialized approach. We are currently navigating the complex entitlements process—which we expect to wrap up in the next 3–4 weeks—ensuring every technical medical requirement aligns perfectly with high-end aesthetic standards.

The Project Roadmap:

Excited to be partnering with a developer on another hillside residence in Montclair Hills, Oakland.

Designing in steep terrain requires more than aesthetics. It demands early coordination, strategic entitlement planning, and a deep understanding of grading, structural systems, and neighborhood context. With experience across eight hillside lots and seven additional entitled parcels, we approach these projects with clarity and discipline.

Each hillside site presents constraints. The opportunity lies in turning those constraints into architecture that feels intentional, grounded, and market ready.

Here is a little look behind the curtain at our second Turtle Tower location. This is how the space comes together, tools out, tarps up, and the dining room taking shape day by day. We are putting the same care into this space as any other.

Dine-in is opening soon, and the TT team cannot wait to welcome you in.

Until then, Turtle Tower is open now for takeout and delivery, so you can keep the pho flowing while we finish the final touches.
