This customer’s A/C kept cutting out during the hottest part of the day. After inspecting the system, we found it was over-amping and going into thermal protection due to an extremely clogged condenser coil.

After getting the coil properly cleaned and the system back to operating efficiently, they can now enjoy consistent A/C operation when they need it most—and their electric bill should be substantially lower during these hot summer days!

Another great example of why regular A/C maintenance is so important. A clean system runs cooler, works more efficiently, and can help prevent costly breakdowns.

Sometimes things get left in pockets and end up going through the wash! 🧺

This dryer repair didn't require any replacement parts—just a thorough cleaning and the removal of a wood screw that had made its way into the drum felts. As you can imagine, that little screw was causing a very loud scraping noise every time the dryer ran.

A simple fix, a clean machine, and one happy customer! Always remember to check those pockets before laundry day.

Now that the weather is starting to warm up, it was finally time to get the A/C in the work truck fixed.

I was able to track down and repair a leaking fitting, pull a vacuum on the system to remove any moisture, and recharge it with the proper amount of R-134a refrigerant. Cold air is back, just in time for summer!

One of the things I enjoy most about this industry is the opportunity to keep learning new skills. The experience I've gained over the years has allowed me to expand far beyond appliance repair, and that's something I truly appreciate.

Did you know your washing machine has shock absorbers, just like your car? And just like a car's suspension, they wear out over time and eventually need to be replaced.

Worn shock absorbers can cause your washer to shake, vibrate, or "walk" during the spin cycle. Left unchecked, that excessive movement can put extra stress on other components and lead to more costly repairs.

Out with the 1956 wall furnace and in with a brand-new model! The homeowner was especially happy that the new furnace has a thermostat at eye level. At 83 years old, they won't have to get down on their hands and knees just to adjust the temperature anymore. Comfort, convenience, and a much more efficient heating system—a win all around
