The way in. No solar experience needed โ we train you. You canvass, you
qualify, you book appointments that stick. If you're consistent and you
can talk to anyone, the rest is teachable.

You run the appointment. System design, financing, the hard questions,
the close. Two years or more closing high-ticket sales โ solar, roofing,
home improvement โ and a record you can speak to.

coach your own team of Ambassadors and Advisors while still closing your
own deals โ and earn on both.
All three are commission-based and based in San Diego. We're veteran-owned,
we work with vetted top national and local installers, and our reps are
backed by a real install and permitting operation rather than left to
figure it out alone.
