Join us for an exclusive tour of 10th & R, an eight-story residential community that fits 69 thoughtfully designed homes onto a compact 7,385-square-foot site.

The project features a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residences, along with a ground-level co-working lounge, penthouse outdoor terrace, and on-site parking. Developed through the City’s Complete Communities Housing Solutions program, 10th & R also incorporates deed-restricted affordable housing—showing how smart, space-conscious design can help address San Diego’s housing needs.

Remember when the pond at Children’s Park was something you walked around instead of across? 🌳

This throwback takes us back to the 2024 Orchid-winning renovation that gave a longtime downtown park a fresh start.

Fun fact: The new boardwalk follows the geometry of the park’s original 1995 design - a little piece of the old Children’s Park still guiding the new one.
