Stucco was destroyed by water intrusion and the East County sun. We chipped back all of the damaged stucco filled in, and matched the texture perfectly. With a little bit of paint it will be seemless. Before/After

Ramona project is really coming along. 2 Skylights and a Quietcool installed. 2 Solatubes to go. We intentionally hid the quietcool in the skylight light channel. A little mud, paint, and some faux beams and this one will be wrapper up.

Has the ability to work independently on multiple trades to include but not limited to: Drywall, mud, paint, finish trim work, and framing. May be required to work other trades as necessary. Preference given to veterans. Solar/roofing experience a plus but not required. Tools/vehicle required. Customer service and quality work is paramount.

Check out the before/after pics!!! Finally completed this floor to ceiling remodel and we couldn't be happier with the results. Removed the dingy carpet and replaced with plank flooring throughout the entire unit. Scraped the popcorn ceiling and created a smooth finish. Re-surfaced the bathtub and sink. Multiple outlets weren't working made the necessary repairs. Refinished the cabinets and installed all new hardware. Repaired damaged drywall and repainted the entire unit.
