Join the Garden Club at Casa Romantica!

Get to know your fellow garden club members by joining us on the 3rd Wednesday of each month as we prune, w**d, and plant in the beautiful gardens at Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens.

Casa Romantica, the historic home of Ole Hanson (founder of San Clemente), overlooks the picturesque pier bowl and provides the perfect setting to connect, garden, and make a difference.

No experience needed—whether you’re seasoned or brand new to gardening, your helping hands will be valued and appreciated!

Guest Speaker October 7, 2026 - Ken Abernathy - Gardening for Pollinators, The Ugly Truth

Kenneth Abernathy is a California naturalist and the Director of Caterpillar Chow Habitat Farms, a non-profit focused on helping people make connections with nature though education, garden plantings and by supportin the urban-wild interface.

He is an expert on native milkw**ds and monarch butterflies in Southern California.
