Drainage improvements via raising grades where needed. Erosion control around perimeter of home using river rock. And regraded entire front yard getting water to flow away from house. Then finished it all off by sodding the front yard with fresh St. Augustine sod.

Functional landscape is priority. And if we can make it aesthetically pleasing at the same time that’s always a plus.

Customer is no longer getting water in their home. And we’ve had some heavy rains since the install was completed.
