Old attic on Huisache Ave. added about 8”-10” to make this house more comfortable in summer and winter. Customer received a $700 bill credit rebate from CPS.
We also installed an attic exhaust fan.

Major house renovation in Helotes. Attic was lacking proper insulation throughout. A lot of debris was removed before we could add new blown fiberglass to code.
Attic is perfect now and customer will receive over $700 rebate from CPS Energy.

Sometimes there are other problems related to insulation HouseRangers will solve. This customer recently had a new $30 thousand asphalt roof installed, however, the roofing company said they would not honor the warranty because there was not enough ventilation.

HouseRangers replaced the clogged soffit vents with new ones and increased the size of some of them.

HouseRangers also cleared the soffits of insulation that was blocking them and made sure that the ventilation baffles were operating properly.

Think of this like an angioplasty for a house - that’s what it’s like.

A certifying letter was provided for the customer to give to the roofing company so that the warranty would be valid and honored.

Another project completed in the Timberwood Park area (far north side) San Antonio. We love making garages more comfortable. We “inject” insulated the walls with blown fiberglass, foam panel insulated the door, insulated the attic floor and added an attic stair cover. This will now be a great bonus room cooled and heated by a mini-split HVAC system.
