Being named an Innovator by KBDN Magazine feels especially meaningful because I genuinely love this industry.

I love the people in it. I love the conversations, the collaboration, the constant evolution, and the way this community continues to challenge what’s possible.

To me, being an innovator isn’t just about creating something new. It’s about helping move the industry forward — asking better questions, sharing ideas, opening doors, challenging old assumptions, and contributing to what comes next.

And what makes this recognition even sweeter is being named alongside so many friends, colleagues, and people I deeply respect.

That part means a lot.

London England 🇬🇧 over 117K people voted from around the world, 600+ projects and more than 800 attendees came from over 50 countries to attend the International Design and Architecture Awards. I am so honored to have my project Shortlisted, and to have a seat at the table with the most talented designers and architects from across the globe. What a privilege to just be in the room. Yes, the award is an honor. But what I’m most proud of is what had to happen before the beautiful finished project.

There are moments that remind you you’re building something bigger than a business.

This September, I’ll be in London for the International Design & Architecture Awards.

To stand alongside the best of the best designers and architects from around the world is an honor—but what excites me most isn’t the red carpet or the recognition.

It’s being in conversations with people who understand that design isn’t decoration.

Design shapes emotion.
It influences behavior.
It creates belonging.

This room is not “bathroom.” This is identity with plumbing.

An arched opening frames a custom beveled, leaded glass window like a piece of jewelry. Above, a Murano glass chandelier catches the light with all the drama it deserves, hovering over an onyx tub that clearly did not come to whisper.

And that floor? Bold honey onyx, black, and white marble laid in a pattern that says, “Yes, I have taste — and no, I’m not afraid to use it.”

This is what it means to create identity through the designed environment.

Because a space can do more than look beautiful. It can tell people who you are before you say a word. It can hold memory, signal taste, create atmosphere, and turn an everyday ritual into a full-body experience.

Design is not decoration, sweetheart.
Design is language.
And this room speaks fluently.
