Before we could lay a single tile, we had to correct a major issue hidden underneath.
What started as a simple tile demo quickly turned into a full concrete replacement. The previous concrete pour wasn’t properly bonded to the home’s foundation, causing large chunks to break apart during demolition.
Rather than install new tile over a failing surface, we did it the right way. We removed all of the compromised concrete, prepped the area correctly, and repoured it using the proper bonding additives to ensure a strong, durable foundation.
Sometimes the work you don’t see is what makes all the difference. Quality starts from the ground up. 💪🏽🏠
