Here’s a look at what goes into building this shower from the inside out:
• New insulation installed
• Framing corrected and shimmed using Built With Foam shims for flatter, straighter walls
• GoBoard wall panels installed and waterproofed

A leaking or improperly installed shower pan doesn’t always mean the entire shower has to be replaced.

For this project, we repaired the shower pan and rebuilt the waterproofing using the **Schluter® System**, creating a properly waterproofed foundation before installing the new tile.

We believe the most important part of a shower is what you **can’t see once the tile is installed**. Proper preparation, waterproofing, drainage, and installation are what help a shower perform for years.
