Rosendo Salazar Jr. is the Owner and Founder of Zaxx Construction LLC, a company he established in 2022 with a vision of delivering exceptional craftsmanship, honest service, and lasting relationships with every client.
With more than 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Rosendo has built a diverse skill set that includes framing, concrete, residential and commercial remodeling, renovations, custom home construction, hardscape, and landscape projects. Throughout his career, he has earned the respect of both clients and colleagues by leading projects with integrity, precision, and a strong commitment to quality. His experience as a Foreman provided him with extensive hands-on leadership in managing crews, coordinating projects, and ensuring work was completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Committed to continuous growth, Rosendo has completed training in real estate investing and remodeling and is an ICC Certified professional. He believes that staying current with industry knowledge allows him to provide clients with practical solutions, expert guidance, and quality workmanship they can trust.
