Graduated... but the learning never stops. 🎓
Today marked the completion of the Chase for Business Coaching for Impact mentoring program, and I'm walking away with far more than a certificate.
I'm leaving with new perspectives, meaningful relationships, and practical strategies that will help me continue building Palatable Painting with greater intention.
One of the closing reflections from the program has stayed with me.
We often hear, "Iron sharpens iron." Then the program director shared another image I won't soon forget: to sharpen a pencil, the wood must be carefully shaved away so the lead can do what it was created to do.
I think entrepreneurship is much the same.
We all arrive carrying ideas, experiences, and dreams. Along the way, we're challenged, stretched, refined, and sometimes even stripped of the habits or beliefs that no longer serve us. What remains is a sharper vision, greater confidence, and a better-equipped business owner.
I'm grateful to Chase for Business, the mentors, and every entrepreneur who helped sharpen one another throughout this journey.
The goal isn't to leave the same person who walked in.
It's to leave sharper, wiser, and better prepared to create the backdrop for life's moments. 🩷
