Looking for an experienced masonry cutting contractor.
Scope of work:
● Cut a 3’ x 7’ door opening in an 8” hollow CMU wall.
● Saw cut 4” past each side of the opening at the top to accommodate a steel lintel.
● Remove and haul off all demolished CMU.
● Fill the jambs on both sides with concrete to provide solid anchorage for a hollow metal door frame.
The cuts must be straight, clean, and professional. I will inspect the first foot of the cut before authorizing the remainder of the work. If the quality does not meet expectations, I will end the work at that point.

✔ Must carry General Liability (GL) and Workers' Compensation (WC) insurance

My quickie saw broke down. Need someone to send me a price to cut through 8” CMU for a metal frame door. Has to be cut plumb and level at top so door fits perfectly. Haul off. I just became a GC vendor for the biggest hospital system in San Antonio and will need a go to contractor for various type projects. Pay is net 30 unfortunately. We also became a GC vendor for one of the biggest private school systems in Texas, I’ll need a list of trades. We just missed a bid for a half mile of 10’ high steel fencing and gates because we couldn’t find a welding company that can bid plans digitally. Message me your trade and wiling to agree with net 30 terms, but plenty of work coming.
