Greetings friends and families,
Learning Through Land will be hosting our first Try Archery day for families to come together in the outdoors to learn/ practice traditional archery.🏹

This event will be on Sunday November 1st at Washington Park archery range. 10am-1pm. Unfortunately we can only accommodate a limited amount of participants so please message me for sign ups to RSVP.
Also note that Portland Parks require a parking pass at this location (lame ) so be prepared for that so you don’t get a ticket from the parking enforcement 🙄.

waq lis i? Nanookins, I am pleased to announce that Learning Through Land (our micro nonprofit) received a grant to offer some upcoming learning opportunities for the community. The first event is bow making 🏹✨🪓 on November 28-29 9am-5pm both days.
We will be scheduling a follow up clinic for arrow making date to be determined.
Space is limited and we ask that you bring your own lunch and water for these types of events.

Also, we are to be hosting more youth events for ages 8-10 and teens. I’ll be posting those opportunities soon as well.
