I’ll be dropping the estate sale address sometime tomorrow. A few things I need to mention
- as long as we don’t get a ton of rain, the yard will be fine to park, one of the neighbors driveway as well.
- there’s a shed that I haven’t posted pictures of…. Yes there’s more stuff in there for sale!
- there’s 2 attics. Both are filled with decor… flowers and who knows what else. The plan? As customers buy up what we’ve pulled out, I’ll pull more down as I get the chance. If you shop Friday, they’ll be new stuff to look at on sat… etc etc.
- there’s a good bit of yard decor…. If you can move it, it’s for sale! You must pay first….. if you break it while moving…. It’s still yours.
- not everything will be priced (it’s just too much) I’ll be out there taking offers and making deals.
- there’s no plans on there being a 50% off day as of yet…. The prices are very fair. Depending on what is left on Sunday morning, that decision will be made then.
- please bring boxes or tote bags for your finds if you can.
- things outside must be paid for outside… inside things paid inside.
- please be respectful to the property.
- cash, Venmo or Cash App only! No checks, no cards.
Thank you!!
