Made an amazing connection with Witten Builders. Started a project with them a few days ago and they run a very tight ship. Keep everything very professional all the way around. Our project manager Brad Miller, you couldn’t ask for a better project manager. I’ve been in this line of work for quite some years and he’s one of the best I’ve seen thus far. He keeps the ball rolling just from the days we’ve been on this build it shows. Hope to keep this relationship alive as long as possible. Pics of roof addition to come!

Just got news that the garage build will getting a formed concrete ramped attached to it, makes using that corrugated sheet metal and even better idea to protect the sheathing from water and a even better barrier. Should accept concrete well.

Another build complete 16x12 garage set on 6x6 posts sitting on 2x2 footers, 2x12 joists and advantec floor sheathing, 8/12 pitch 16 inch on center roof system with 2x6 ceiling joist. Doors will eventually be removed and roll down garage door installed instead. Building was built to accommodate a side by side. Still waiting on ramps.

From flat roof to a clean finished pitch.

On this project in Salem IN we built a new 3/12 pitch over the existing flat roof, sided the gable end, and blended the shingles back in for a seamless look like we were never even there. Solid framing, clean lines, and a finished product that fits the home the way it should.
