• PHC Arborists (Plant Health Care)
• Ground & Field Crew Professionals
• Sales Arborists / Estimators (Straight Commission)

Compensation:
• Field / Arborist Roles: $20–$40 per hour, based on experience and certifications
• Sales Arborists: Straight commission with strong earning potential
A CDL and industry certifications are highly valued.
