In the Studio: RISE Corporate Headquarters | Jacksonville, FL 🌴

We were invited by R & R Northeast Florida to reimagine the outdoor spaces for RISE's Corporate Headquarters in Jacksonville, FL, a vibrant campus under a canopy of live oaks. The new design features a shaded deck, a pondside patio with majool palms, and outdoor game zones for staff and visitors.

Those quotes have stayed with me. They remind me to be the kind of leader I never had. The type of business owner I’m still working to become.

So for the next 25 weeks, I’ll be sharing one short reflection each week, accompanied by a quote. It’s about leadership, culture, accountability, and the quiet stuff that makes a difference.
