Getting ready to sell? Try to stick with colors that will highlight your best features. Haven't had the chance to post this one, but I'm still in love with the change. It might not look like much, but the feel is strikingly different. We replaced all the trim in this bathroom, window frame, door frame, put in some quarter round, and painted everything. The ceiling is a Duration Matte white with a brand new light fixture, and the trim is a white satin enamel. And to finish it off, we have a custom green taking the place of the Retro green. The color is much more grounded and warmer. So this change is here to stay for a good long time.

Now this was the change I was excited for this week. We have Granite gray taking over for this paneling, and I think it makes an excellent accent wall. Drift of mist is the off-white that fills the rest of the space and the white trim, ceiling, and doors are a pleasant contrast.

There was a lot to do for these rooms. It needed a lot a love, all the way from the wallpaper removal to the finishing detail of the trim. We have fresh white ceilings, trim, windows, and doors. The wall colors include Granite gray and the closet has the gray accent with Drift of mist being the off white. Love this duo, and it makes for a very modern looking living space.

If you're replacing your carpet, then why not get a fresh coat of paint to go with it? The pictures don't do this color, Modern Gray, enough justice, because it is a perfect blend of gray and beige for this bedroom and bathroom. It's not too golden or gray, and makes for a calming and not depressing air. I'm excited to see the finished outcome with the carpet and furniture.

Now this was a transformation I was waiting for! The restoration of this space needed this shiplap design, crown molding, and panel ceiling, which gave it a modern touch. I came in to finish it up with a flat white ceiling, bright white trim, doors, windows, and crown, and a very lovely and nuetral light greige for the walls. I am super happy with the outcome and excited for the clients to decorate and complete the vision.

Another satisfying transformation! We have Revered Pewter HC-172 filling the rooms with a calming and equalizing aura. I love how it compliments the cathedral peak for the bedroom and pairs with the bathroom tiles and vanity. A very lovely pick that is so versatile!
