The joys of doing concrete in fall in the afternoon …. Means you get to pick the leaves off as you finish and finish in the dark! The telehandler did a good job lighting up this job site. Now the foundation is complete can start framing the house to beat the winter weather. Northern Lakes Concrete and Ty’s Concrete Pumping did a great job as they always do. This basement floor turned out great!

Phase one of this project is complete! New building is finished. Time for the customer to fill it up while I start to get ready for phase two. Next year I get the opportunity to build their new house! This building is steel lined, insulated with a hanging modine furnace. Features the chi cedar plank garage doors and pella windows.
