We can’t win all of our estimates and unfortunately for one of our customers their plumber undercut us and rerouted the wrong line skating off with payment. When he was confronted with the problem of warm flooring still being an issue he blamed our leak location and report and charged again to reroute the correct line. This series of videos prevents rerouting the wrong water line and if the plumber had followed them, he would’ve had a successful project. Just remember, it’s okay to not have all the answers and the universe rewards those who will admit when they’re in the wrong and try to make things right even if it means losing money. There is far more abundance and blessings waiting on the other side!

We had a blast wedding this weekend. Erik and I started our companies around the same time and he was more fortunate than I was to get work rolling very quickly. He saw I was struggling and would send me jobs that were only a few hundred dollars back when those were make or break for us. Now we send he and his team work when our cup is overflowing in the Greater Sacramento Area.

Here’s a super cool pic spliced together where we took the regular image which was this wall and the nearby flooring and hallway on the left but then we cut it in half to show what the bottom half looked like with our thermal image going. It’s hot water escaping from an in wall drain leak from an upstairs bathroom and that water collecting on top of the concrete slab underneath the carpeting. All this being hidden from the naked eye is what makes it such a cool shot

This customer needed to find a resolution to their hot water slab leak. Our friends and competitors at On the Spot Leak Detection were able to locate the leak and our company was able to perform a mini fold test and reroute through a couple drop down ceilings to keep the damage to a minimum.
