We’re not even moved in, and naturally, we’re already in punch mode! But moving across the country is expensive, so we’re making some cost effective changes that we know will make the biggest difference up front.
Here’s what we’re tackling right out of the gate:
-ripping out the carpet and extending the LVP
-new quarter round throughout
-closet built ins
-adding molding to the kitchen cabinets
-swapping exterior light fixtures
Up next: swapping the kitchen sink, trim work, paint & interior lighting.
Not a room in this house is getting a full gut, but these small to mid level upgrades are helping it feel a bit more custom, a lot more functional, and most importantly - more us!
