We will fish the river this weekend. The forecast is for the river to be at or just below 70 on Saturday. Pay at Terry Lock Dam and you can fish either pool 5 or 6. See you Saturday!

I’m aware of current river flows in pools 5 and 6 where our tournament is scheduled next Saturday. I will call USACOE tomorrow to see if I can get a forecast for this week and I will make a call on Wednesday morning. Alternate is Brewer and it’s fishable but very shallow. Additional updates to follow on Wednesday. Thanks.

Great turnout for the Deric Whiteman Memorial Tournament and Deric’s family joined us for the weigh-in. 21 boats and it took 16.00 lbs to win. Congrats to Gunner and Casey on a great day. Rocky and Rance got 2nd with 12.76, Jimmy and Shayne got 3rd with 11.20, Wes and Wesley 4th with 10.97, Tyler and Darren 5th with 10.76 and Garrick and Bryan 6th with 10.64. Tyler had big bass 4.72! If your not scoping your hoping was the theme with the the top of the field. Thank you to all our great sponsor and for Deric’s family for supporting this annual event to remember how much he loved to fish especially on Maumelle!

Deric Whiteman Memorial club tournament this Saturday at Maumelle Lake. We will add $400 prize money to 1st-3rd place so I hope to see everyone there. Let’s be in the water by 5:30. Be careful launching and loading boats. Water levels are low. Deric’s family will join us for the weigh-in. Should be a fun day!

The Lake Barnett Bass Club held our annual Big Bass tournament on the lake today💯🤙🏼 Yes Finally we have enough water😂😂 we had 10 boats/13 fishermen show up to catch the Big One 💯🤙🏼 Jason Faucett is the Winner today with a 4.58 pound bass💯🤙🏼 His paycheck was 325.00 dollars and He takes the Bass Club Trophy home until next year👊🤙🏼 His name is forever Carved on the wooden Crankbait Trophy💯💯 Congrats Jason🤙🏼💯 Jason said he caught the winning bass scoping schools of shad in 20 foot of water with the plastic minnow😎 @
