Fair question. Here's the straight answer:

Our lifetime warranty covers the structural construction of your building — the frame, the posts, the shell. The work WE do with OUR hands.

It doesn't cover appliances, fixtures, or normal wear and tear on interior finishes — those have their own manufacturer warranties.

But the bones of your building? The structure itself? That's on us. For life. In writing.

In most of Utah — yes. Especially if your land is zoned residential or agricultural.

A few things to check:
→ What's the zoning classification? (A-1, R-1, etc.)
→ Are there HOA or CC&R restrictions?
→ What's the minimum lot size requirement?
→ Are there setback requirements from property lines?
