🔥😅 NOT EVERY PROJECT IS FOR THE FAINT OF HEART 😅🔥
This one was an absolute MONSTER of a project. 💪🏡
✅ Restored and refinished 16 sunroom windows ✅ Removed, prepped, and painted 12 screens ✅ Rebuilt damaged soffits ✅ Reworked and refinished extensive trim details ✅ Countless hours spent on the roof and difficult access areas 🪜 ✅ Front elevation siding restoration and repaint ✅ Full prep, sanding, priming, caulking, and finish work throughout
The pictures don't do justice to the amount of work packed into this project. The sunroom alone became a project within a project. Between restoring 16 windows, painting 12 screens, rebuilding soffits, tackling roof work, and bringing the front elevation back to life, there wasn't much of this house we didn't touch. 😅
This is the kind of project where the details make all the difference. From the prep work nobody sees to the finished product everyone notices, every step matters. 🎯

🌲🏡 Took this cabin in the woods and gave it the kind of refresh it deserved 🔥
Started with a full power wash to strip away the years and get everything clean and ready. From there, we handled all the prep work the RIGHT way—because paint is only as good as what’s underneath it. 💪🎨
Brought it back to life with a bold Black Forest Green 🌿🖤 — one of those colors that shifts with the sunlight and gives the whole place a different vibe depending on the time of day. Morning hits different, sunset hits even harder ☀️🌙
Finished it off by sealing the deck with a clear waterproof coat so it’s protected, looks sharp, and is ready to handle whatever the seasons throw at it 🌧️❄️☀️
Not just painting houses… we’re restoring character and protecting investments. That’s the difference.

We’ve been plugging away at this one off and on while the weather did its usual wild winter-to-spring mood swings 🌦️❄️☀️
Sanded everything down, hit it with primer, laid down fresh paint on the entrance and front door, power washed the porch, and finished it off with a few solid coats of our favorite porch sealer 🔥🏡
The little details make the biggest difference—and this place is coming back to life one step at a time 💪
Also… blessed to have my favorite little helper on site ❤️🎨
My baby girl loves to paint and she was right there making sure Dad stayed on his game 👧✨
Building more than projects—building memories too 🙌

Gazebo got a whole new vibe 😮‍💨🔥
Fresh paint + brand new mesh made that thing come back to life 💪🏽🏡✨
While we were at it—freshened up the doors 🚪🎨
Hit the aluminum wrapping around the windows with a clean new color for that crisp finish 👌🏽🪟🔥
Sanded down the railings, sprayed the lath......
And still had time to bang out the table & chairs because details matter 😏🪑✨
It’s always the little things that make the whole property feel brand new 💯

🚨 AND ANOTHER ONE!! 🚨
This one started off rough. Cold weather ❄️ caused a pipe to burst 💥 and left the downstairs bathroom and closet looking absolutely CRAZY. Water damage everywhere… insulation shot… walls wrecked… the whole nine.
Normally I’d have before pictures… but life had other plans.
Our son decided it was time to make his entrance into the world 👶❤️ so things were a little hectic and grabbing photos wasn’t exactly the priority.
But that’s where the crew at RRC Painting comes in 💪🎨
🔥 We re-insulated the walls
🔥 Installed brand new sheetrock
🔥 Taped and finished everything smooth
🔥 Even upgraded the space with clean rounded corners 😮‍🔥
🔥 Primed it up and laid down that fresh paint
But we didn’t stop there…
We went through the ENTIRE interior of the home:
✨ Patching holes

We came in and tightened up those soft corners ✂️📐

🔥 Another one done — and this one came out CLEAN. 🔥
Fun fact of the day: The only thing that truly stops knots from bleeding through pine is shellac. Not primer. Not BIN. Not oil. Not even 13 coats of paint can stop those sneaky little spots from showing up later. Shellac is the boss. 💪
For this project, we shellacked every knot and repainted the trim throughout the home so everything stays looking fresh long-term. ✨
We also gave the bathroom walls and ceiling a full refresh 🛁🎨 and headed upstairs for more glow-up energy.
One bedroom got the full treatment: • Repaired a hole in the closet 🛠️
• Primed new drywall and trim
• Then laid down those spicy finish coats 🌶️🔥
Ceiling. Walls. Trim. Top to bottom.
Now the whole space is looking smooth, crisp, and ready to show off. 😌
