Ok I need to get this out 😡🤯!
As most know I own and operate a small tree business and every once and a while we get a few logs to sell to be able to keep out prices down and competitive we offer to get the logs to the mill so it saves the customer some money and helps us out good thing right? Well today I was going to take a load off so I spent a couple hours getting them cut to size and loaded go get fueled up 140.00 worth head to the mill get to the sawmill and there’s a couple trailers in front of me so I wait patiently for them to be finished about a hour and 10 minutes to be exact so it’s my turn I pull up to dump them and my trailer battery goes dead about 3/4 of the way up? Well I jumped down to grab a set of cables out of my truck box and a guy pulls up and said hey if you can’t get the logs off now then you will just have to leave and come back tomorrow I explained to him I was gonna get my cables and finish dumping them and off id be he said we have had a busy day today 25 loads or more he said so yeah we can’t help we’re to busy so just leave and come back later! So I set the trailer down and left. It took me as long to stop and listen to him than if he would have give me five minutes if would have been done but that didn’t happen. I understand I’m small fry when it comes to logging and I do not want to log but nothing says more about a person or establishment than the way they treat people they don’t need! Was it my fault for not making sure the battery was 100 percent charged? Absolutely it was! I’m not sure why he did it but We treat our smallest jobs and customers the same as we do the biggest jobs and customers we have. 2 minutes time cost a half day. Thank you Jesus for helping me with my temper.
