The price to clean your home is based on many factors. The size of your home and the frequency for cleaning are some of those factors. But people live with different numbers of pets, different levels of clutter, different surfaces. Pets bring in dirt that we clean. We clean clutter and around it. We clean special surfaces differently. Our staff is bonded and insured. Prior to the job being scheduled a walk through is required to determine exactly what your needs are. A cleaning checklist is provided, it outlines all of our services. We will check off services needed and add any additional requests. A copy will be provided to you for your records along with the the estimate. We provide detail cleaning of offices, restrooms, classrooms, hallways, and other specified areas. High and low dusting, detail vacuuming of all carpeted areas, cleaning of tile floors, maintenance of hardwood floors. Maintains all restrooms to include sanitizing and scrubbing of toliets and sinks to include cleaning all mirrors. We provide trash removal as requested.
