RDP is seeking a project accountant for multi-family projects in the southeast region. Our projects range from $300k-$3M.

Main responsibility will be to assist project managers with project costs and making sure all costs get recorded accurately in budget. Other responsibilities will include AR, AP, vendor/sub-contractor management, and purchasing.

This position requires accounting experience, but we will train the right candidate.

RDP is seeking candidates to fill our project manager assistant position. Ideal candidate will be able to be trained to become a project manager, and will manage projects ranging from $300k-$3M.

Technical skills and excel experience is required. We run all of our projects using cloud based programs and storages.

The schedule will be Monday, Wednesday, & Fridays in office from 8am-4pm. Tuesdays & Thursdays will be remote 8am-4pm.

RDP is seeking a qualified electrical Superintendant to supervise upcoming awarded multi family projects in Macon and Atlanta areas.

Required 3-5 years of residential experience .

Position is salary structured, M-F 7am-5pm. Own Transportation is required.

Position duties include on site supervision of installation crews, daily reports to PM, weekly meetings with GC and PM, safety meetings, budget management, and inventory management. This position offers a chance to take the tool belt off and strictly supervise a project.

*BILINGUAL IS A PLUS

We utilize cloud base project management apps, so technical skills and MS office skills are required

This position is MOBILE, with weekly trips to office for meetings(this is not a field position). We will provide all equipment and accounts to set you up at the comfort of your own home.

This is a salary structured position with options of 1099 or W2. We do not offer any benefits at the moment but intend to in the upcoming year.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, tech savvy, and not scared of the construction stress.

Tasks include : Managing/creating budgets, managing accounts receivables/payables, presenting weekly reports, creating schedules of values, billing to GC’s, and tracking project expenses.
