We had an eventful dryer vent cleaning this week. Went to inspect a customers dryer with our camera because they had been through two heating elements and and clothes were not drying. Ended up finding that a piece of sheet rock had been dropped in the pipe during installation, causing blockage and build up. We managed to get the object out and the vent pipe clean and clear. The picture below shows the lint that was removed from only half of the pipe, as we replaced the other half with hard pipe. This could have been a disaster, but we were able to solve the problem.

We love new gadgets! Especially when the help better our service for our customers. This is one of our new i2 camera. It allows us to inspect duct systems, dryer vents, and more.
