Our daily crew — a little ragtag, a little chaotic, and somehow it all works. 😂

We had a lovely time celebrating Anthony’s birthday today and forcing everyone to stop long enough to smile for a picture.

We’re missing two: our part-time help who, to most of us, is basically just a mysterious voice on the phone, and our resident overlord who mostly works at night. Does she even exist? We’re not entirely sure.

Everyone matters around here… some of us just actually show up for the picture. 😂

We had two different people send us photos of our vans out and about, and it absolutely made our day. There’s just something fun about seeing our trucks around town doing what we do best — taking care of our community!

Interesting litigation to watch and another hurdle small HVAC companies face keeping prices reasonable for customers.

A contractor is accusing Bosch, Carrier, Trane, Daikin, Lennox, Rheem and AAON of conspiring to fix prices. A consumer sued the companies in March for the same thing.

⚡ Storms can do more than knock out your power.

This capacitor was blown by a storm-related electrical surge. When lightning and power surges hit, they can cause immediate damage to HVAC components and sometimes affect more than one part of the system.
