I’d like to start out by saying Happy New Year, and I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe holiday season. Every new year I look back an think, wow I did so much work for everyone last year what’s going to be left for this new year? Well every year without a doubt all of my wonderful customers either get me in touch with friends or family of theirs that need my services done. Not to mention all of the repeat customers. I couldn’t be more thankful to all of you that have helped me build the network I have, with a long way still to go. So keep us in mind for you or your neighbors and friends this upcoming spring season. We’ll be there when ya need us! Happy new year from my family to yours, and thank you for your business.

We have been awfully busy here lately, unfortunately don’t have any before pictures, but we have plenty of the result. The customer contacted us approximately a month ago about there practically un-usable driveway/parking area being on such a steep grade. This is what we came up with. Railings are in the works! Huge thanks to Hawkins landscaping for stepping in and giving me a hand with the wall due to my over booked schedule here lately.

happy Friday everyone, knocked out this small project with Hawkins landscaping this week, some radius curb and gutter work, along with roughly a 10' by 30' pad to make the parking lot at the Hampton inn flow better. hope everyone has a great weekend!

Happy damp Sunday everyone. Here’s a few pictures of a project we started Monday and will have finished later today. Behind this shopping center they had rotting out ugly metal steps, we replaced these with concrete and new fabricated hand railings. And as you can see, we will do everything it takes to get a job done in a timely matter.

So a week ago today we started are biggest project yet. Not only is it a project it’s a future home and shop for Limitless Contracting. I’d like to take the time to thank each and every one of my customers over the past 2 and a half years that have made this possible. Here’s a few before and after pictures. Decent sized concrete job we did down in Catonsville, the home owner had asphalt that was eroding away and causing water issues for them. We removed all of the asphalt, brick walk way, and even put a patio out behind the porch. Also installed a drain to manage the water issue.

Here we have a drainage system we installed Saturday between the recent weather we are dealing with. Worked together with the main client and the neighbor to install a system that worked for both of them. This included a 60 ft French drain, a linear drain across the driveway, along with some downspouts that are now out of sight out of mind. Short handed on pictures, but will follow up with more once we begin the larger concrete portion of this job.

Septic repair we started and finished for Home Buyers of America Tuesday. The pipe to the drain field was old terra-cotta pipe that gets brittle and weak with age. Replaced with all new 4” pipe into the existing dry well.

Large grading, seed, an straw we barely finished yesterday. Despite being short handed we managed to get it wrapped up.

Little bit of foundation daylighting because of a wall caving in. This was located at a old dairy farm, had to fit between two silos just barely made it. To be backfilled with gravel and drain tile. If your foundation looks like this give us a call!

Sunday morning well spent. We wrapped up this job with some seed an straw. Entailed installing 3 pop up drainage systems that are flush an you mow right over them. Also removed and replaced the existing patio out the basement doors. Expanded the one out back aswell.

This job was different then most, the customer an I worked together on the design of the radius pads front an rear, the curb width and thickness to withstand horses every day. Inside of the border rubber pavers blocks will be installed by the home owner. Also added material to a heavy usage area along the gate and fence that was becoming a mud pit every winter.
