Here replaced a dishwasher then customer spoke to ivy about hanging something that I was not aware of but at the end did both. I did run a whole cycle on dishwasher and did make sure this art work won't fall . Small company providing big company service for home repairs.

Here replaced a toiket with a new Kohler matching bidet.

This week seems I'm rebuilding toilets. Here is another one for board member. All work done with quality and love.

Now Here customer said my cold water is extremely hot. OK I tested everything and yes it was hot. Checked the water heater was set to C . Adjusted it put in a new pressure regulator and new cartridge from Kohker ( I only use oem parts) and tested everything . I love to see the smile.on peoples face when I do a job and not charge them there arm and leg. Small company providing quality work as the big companies.

Here removed the timer outlet and switch and capped them per customers request. Thus will be removed and replaced with a new one and then hook up the power back

Here removed a vanity and capped it. Once flooring is done I'm going to paint and replace the vanity mirror and light fixture. Your home repair and small improvement all done by me and only me nobody but me.

Here came out to manyunk to remove a satellite dish remove wires and seal holes. Got this job done at 7 am what a gorgeous day

Here customer called me for a non working switch because wires were loose and wated it done professionally. I arrived but to find out the breaker was turned off. Turned on the breaker and it was working but yes wires were loose so I just redid the switch and put it back on and told them it guaranteed wires will never be loose again For all your home issues contact me via text email call messenger book online and Google chat

Customer contacted me in jenkintown for some plumbing repair. I told the customer it can be repaired or replaced customer said repair it. OK I repaired the valve replaced the fill valve and put in a new supply line. For all your home issues it you don't want to pay arm and a leg call text email book me. I guarantee My work

Here customer said my fan was not working and it's fully remote controlled. I did take it off and test out the breaker and everything was working perfect so it was the fan. Customer had a new one so I replaced it. Tested everything to make sure it was done professionally. All your light fixtures and ceilling fan I can give my iife warranty it will not fall done ( unless due to natural causes or if ceilling collapses)

Here my boss send Me out to check on some electrical issues in elkins park. Customer was trying to explain but before they could explain I found the issue. Poor outlet was stabed so I performed a surgery and secured the outlet. Tested for 10 minutes running the dryer and all good I don't know why my Samsung decided to have black lines on this video

Replaced a garbage disposal.

Please do not use any type of glue in your plumbing fixtures. If you see a leak tighten it or call me. I'm your home repair guy I won't charge you a arm or leg. Don't forget to flush your water heaters!!

Here in parkwood I came out for a clog. After finding the issue I cleaned the pipe with a cleaner blade and got almost all if it down. Put everything back the way it was . Tested throughly ( fulled up and drained 10 times ) This was a sameday service with no extra fee
