MULTIMAX LITE has 5X better bond strength with the same open time as mastic. PLUS this mortar can be used in submerged applications, be built up to 3/4”, and even set glass tile! I easily set all the tiles around the plug eyeballing my 1/8” spacing. Then I put the spacers in to make sure my 👁 was good. OH and MULTIMAX LITE is CHEAPER PER SQ FT than mastic too. It’s a no brainer! 🤓

Cutting these arch tile pieces to create the trim in this barrel shower was only possible using a The water spraying directly on the blade let us achieve a chip free cut so the client sees a tile that looks like a factory edge.

We all worked hard to get full tiles at bench front, side, and bottom, niche top and bottom, and window bottom. Then we had to shift our wall to make up for an out of center window that was original, so the window reveal isn’t perfect (but you’d never know) every arch piece was made out of the long side of the tile cut on 3 sides and mitered to make perfect equal cuts that are symmetrical and line up with the inside tiles.
