A customer of ours is renovating their entire downstairs, including a kitchen and bathroom. When planning, they decided to eliminate their old water heater and boiler and replace it with this high efficiency combination boiler that will save them not only on energy bills but available sq. ft. for their renovation. It is rare, but a boiler can be defective. This was the case with this steam boiler. Started leaking 3 years after install. We tried everything we could to save it but in the end there was no choice to replace (after the manufacturer agreed). Moral of the story is we will do everything we can to make sure you get the best outcome and stay warm🔥
