New rails were put on and the old rotten railing was taken off. The posts were good, so some nice 1x6 poplar boards really make this fence function well, and the end caps to cover the posts look awesome! Still need to paint it black, but I'm waiting for warmer weather. Then it will look like it belongs in Lexington, KY, as one of the fences for the horse stables. (Home owner Nathan Sochor has a Great Dane, which is almost a horse, right?)

2 handicap roll in showers for 2 downstairs units of an apartment. These are very nice bathrooms. The shower has subway tile and the floor slopes at the grout joint for the shower featuring a linear drain and nice flooring throughout the bathroom. This was a fun one that turned out really nice!
