Spring Update From Homestead Property Services 🌿

I wanted to take a moment to share a quick update with everyone as we move deeper into the busy spring season.

First, thank you all for the continued support. This has been an incredibly busy spring, and we are currently booked approximately 3–3.5 weeks out on most projects. We truly appreciate the patience and trust you place in us.

Over the past week, we’ve experienced a few unexpected delays due to illnesses within our family, which has caused some minor schedule adjustments. We’re working hard to get everything back on track as quickly as possible.

We’re also excited to share that our family is expecting baby #3 in approximately 2–3 weeks. When the baby arrives, I will be taking a short amount of time off to be with my family.

Here’s what to expect over the next few weeks:
• Some reschedules may occur
• Project timelines may shift slightly
• Lawn maintenance customers will still be taken care of, though there may be minor delays
• I will continue communicating and keeping everyone updated

Because babies don’t follow a schedule, there is also a chance that I may need to step away unexpectedly. If you have a job scheduled and I no-call, no-show, please allow at least 24 hours for me to reach out — it likely means the baby has arrived and my priorities are with my family at that time.

Running a family-owned business means a lot to us, and we truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility during this exciting time.

If you are as old as sliced bread, clearly having mobility issues, and i catch you outside standing on a bunch of huge acorns hand-raking your leaves, I will wait until you go inside for 15min to rest and leave you very confused when you come back outside to continue raking. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
