Another project underway in Henrietta, NY for one of our longtime customers. She’s trusted us with multiple projects at both her home and business over the years, and this time we’re installing our Premium Exterior Quartz System.

This is a double-broadcast quartz system designed to last 20+ years when properly installed and maintained.

The weather didn’t cooperate this weekend and we got rained out, but here are some before photos along with some of the prep and progress so far.

Next weather-permitting day, we’ll be back to finish it up with a light gray pigmented polyaspartic second coat, another quartz broadcast to rejection, followed by a UV-stable polyaspartic top coat.

One cool part of this job was the front entry slab. When the concrete was poured back in 2012, a dog ran across the fresh slab and left permanent puppy paw prints behind. 🐾 They’ve been there ever since.

Unfortunately, the paw prints didn’t survive our prep and repairs 😂 — but we got the first quartz broadcast down and this entrance is well on its way to a completely new look.

Before & after of a Coyote flake patio and stairway finished with our Premium Exterior Flake System.

This concrete needed some serious repair and leveling before we ever thought about coating it. We rebuilt the damaged areas using polyurea quick-patch repair materials, then installed the full system:

• Moisture v***r barrier coat
• Pigmented polyaspartic base coat
• Coyote flake broadcast to rejection
• Scraped and cleaned
• Polyaspartic top coat

Every coating layer in this exterior system is UV stable and built for outdoor exposure.

The repairs are what really made the difference here. We didn’t just cover up beat-up concrete — we repaired it properly and brought this porch and stairway back to life.

Finished up this Tidal Wave flake floor

The lighting in this video definitely isn’t doing it any favors, but the floor is done and came out great. Full flake broadcast with a clean, durable finish built to take some abuse.

Just one of the many products and processes we use to rebuild damaged concrete floors.

Here we’re mixing Simiron Poly Grout with sand to make some pretty extensive repairs before installing the new floor system.

Good coatings start with good concrete. Sometimes that means putting in the work to rebuild what’s underneath first.

Final coat is down 🔥

Polyaspartic top coat over Cabin Fever flake to finish this transformation off.

The before & afters on this one are crazy. This concrete was destroyed when we started — tons of repairs and prep before we could even think about coating it.

This floor took a crew of three, two full days to complete.

And this is exactly why we don’t sell “one-day floors.”

One-day floors benefit the contractor, not the customer. Installing a flooring system that’s actually built to last takes a minimum of two days when the preparation is done right.

Proper repairs. Proper prep. Multiple layers. And most importantly — giving each layer the cure time it needs before moving to the next.

We’re not trying to get in and out as fast as possible. We’re trying to install a floor that lasts. 💪

Prep matters. Repairs matter. Cure time matters.
