🚧🔨Built to look good today🚧🔨

🛡️Built to last for a lifetime🛡️

🏢We had the pleasure of doing this building rehab for a local trusted business in Rochester who is switching locations📍

**The old siding did not match from one side of the building to the next**

**The roof was leaking in areas and was also outdated**

**And there were plenty of other details and aspects of this building that needed love and attention**

✋BUT, now that it is all said and done…. They have a building that will last them for years to come AND have one less BIG thing to worry about ✅ so they can focus on serving their customers the best they can🤝

🔨🔨The existing shingles were on their way out and the homeowner was looking for TWO things when they called us.

1️⃣ A LOW MAINTENANCE roof

&

2️⃣ Something that would INCREASE the curb appeal

And an RX4 Metal Roof system was a good fit for both of those things.

🌤️🌤️lt's been a great summer! 🌤️🌤️

🔨🪚🧰A summer filled with a variety of different
jobs. From roofing, to framing, to siding, and plenty more 💪🏻

🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏻‍♀️The best part about all of that are the people
we were able to help out. We met a lot of awesome people that allowed us to be a part of their projects!

📸📸 Here are a couple pics from some of those projects

⛈️The shingles that were on this house lasted about 20 years, not bad🤷🏻‍♂️

☀️The metal we just installed will last 40 years💪🏻

Something to think about🤔

🏡This building just had a few years added to its life

🌧️The flat roof that was less than ideal now had a pitched roof and is shedding water properly

☀️❄️The cinder block walls are covered in Ramco’s crinkle finish metal and spray foamed with closed cell insulation. Significantly increasing the R-value

👀And the awnings, well those are just for fun 😉

This project has been a blast to be a part of. This was an old barn in Rochester that has taken on a lot of wear and tear over the years. The old metal was torn off and replaced. There was a lot of rotten framing that we had replaced to remove any structural concerns that were there. The owners now has a new shop space while still having the old memories of their barn they have always loved.

It’s been a while since we’ve shared any projects, we have had a really great summer and had the pleasure to work on some awesome jobs.

Here is a barn roof in Etna Green that we installed the other day. Charcoal is the color and the customer is pretty pleased with the result.

What do you think of it?

☀️This one was a lot of fun, nothing like good ol copper penny colored metal on a roof!☀️
