🏡This building just had a few years added to its life

🌧️The flat roof that was less than ideal now had a pitched roof and is shedding water properly

☀️❄️The cinder block walls are covered in Ramco’s crinkle finish metal and spray foamed with closed cell insulation. Significantly increasing the R-value

👀And the awnings, well those are just for fun 😉

This project has been a blast to be a part of. This was an old barn in Rochester that has taken on a lot of wear and tear over the years. The old metal was torn off and replaced. There was a lot of rotten framing that we had replaced to remove any structural concerns that were there. The owners now has a new shop space while still having the old memories of their barn they have always loved.

It’s been a while since we’ve shared any projects, we have had a really great summer and had the pleasure to work on some awesome jobs.

Here is a barn roof in Etna Green that we installed the other day. Charcoal is the color and the customer is pretty pleased with the result.

As time goes on, there are sheds and buildings that deteriorate. This building had some old wood siding that was rotten to the point that it was serving no purpose. We tore it off and replaced it with new OSB and then sided it with 40 year metal. It got new soffit and fascia as well.

Just wrapped up this metal roof in Rochester.

The old asbestos shingles were past their prime and this thing had been bandaged along for several years. The chimney was not in use and deteriorating as well, so we removed it!

Here is a house we did just last fall.

The home owner called us saying that the roof was leaking and he had some rotten sheeting under several layers of shingles. We walked him through what options he had and he decided to go with the surest, lasting fix. A new metal roof.

He ended up going with a Burnished Slate panel. Yes, it improved the look of the house, but more importantly, he was able to cross those leaks and soft sheeting off his worry list.
