Before and After Exterior Glow up for our clients over in East Irondequoit that we just finished up late last week. Prior to tackling the entire exterior of this house with a fresh new paint job we repaired any and all wood rott. We also installed two new sets of black composite steps/deck with matching railings over there existing crumbling brick/concrete steps. They were super happy with the quality of the work our team delivered and even more ecstatic with the fresh face lift to the exterior of their home!

Weather can be devastating and repairs like this are important to get resolved in a timely manner especially because it's the main entrance way to your home. Thank you to our referral partner for sending us this client. In between estimates we replaced this banister and post with pressure treated wood on a Saturday. Enjoyed working with one of this week’s clients in Irondequoit on a fun and challenging door project.

She purchased a “new-to-her” door from Facebook Marketplace, but the hinges were on the opposite side of her existing door.

When other contractors told her it couldn’t be done, Roc Solid Renovations said, “Yes, we can.”

We reversed the hinge layout, trimmed an inch off the bottom, and relocated the striker plate so everything lined up and functioned properly. We also installed a new storm door to complete the entryway and give her a clean, finished look.

Robert James Ralston Sr. Wasn't slowed down by the cold weather when it came time to install a new custom Provia door for our clients over on Oxford street. When we removed the old door some framing work was required in order to make the new door fit.
