Job Description:
LEAD CARPENTER/FOREMAN position available in Rochester, MN. Kramer Contracting is seeking a qualified candidate to join our growing team in the Rochester area. Here at Kramer Contracting we pride ourselves on being honest, respectful, and hardworking in order to meet and exceed client expectations. At Kramer Contracting you don't just become a number at an organization, you become an integral part of the team. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and performing carpentry work through every phase of the construction process. Carpenter must have the ability to exert physical effort, handling average weight objects up to 80 pounds, maintain high levels of efficiency without sacrificing safety and quality, solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists, and be physically able to kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, climb or crawl. Candidates must have minimum of 5 years experience in a Carpenter role with Construction Projects. Kramer Contracting is a growing general contractor in the Rochester area that specializes in commercial remodel work. Including but not limited to restaurant, office, retail, and school projects.
