Unfortunately the customer had a flood...but fortunately they had us! We even fixed some cracks unrelated to the flood while we were there! The customer had their own painter and US Waterproofing to fix the foundation/drainage issues, but we handled the rest!

A nice little face lift for this bathroom with wall paper removal, fresh coat of paint, and a new mirror! Unfortunately I did not take a lot of before pictures like I normally do. The original anchors left large holes in the wall for the toilet paper holder so I added a board for support and patched it in for smooth finish. I also repaired some drywall around the skylights and installed new trim.

I forgot to post this!

The customer handled the gutting of the bathroom, we handled the rest!

All new plumbing, electrical, venting for exhaust fan, and drywall including priming. We put in additional backing for the future shower door and grab bars. The walls had to be furred out to match the door jambs and window sills for the trim.

Another amazing basement transformation!! Check out the stairs!

We added a large living room and playroom combination. The office with the cabinets and countertop make work effortless. A fresh coat of paint along with updated plumbing for the shower and adding a vanity completes the bathroom. For additional functionality we utilized the space under the stairs for a closet!
