🇺🇸💔 Today, four American heroes made their final journey home. ⭐️
At Dover Air Force Base, flag-draped transfer cases carrying four U.S. service members were returned to American soil during a dignified transfer, one of the military’s most solemn traditions.
Their families were there to receive them and we know this pain all too well. ⭐️
Each name represents a life of service.
Each name represents a family FOREVER changed.
Please take a moment to remember them.
🇺🇸 First Lt. Tyler James Feehan, 25, of Ewa Beach, Hawaii.
Killed in the Iranian missile and drone attack on Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in Jordan. He will be posthumously promoted to Captain and awarded the Bronze Star, Purple Heart, and Combat Action Badge.
🇺🇸 Pvt. Isabella Gonzales, 19, of Carrollton, Texas.
Just beginning her military career, Isabella was also killed in the attack in Jordan. Over the past few days, so many Texans have mourned the loss of this young soldier whose life ended far too soon.
🇺🇸 Sgt. Angel S. Rampersad, 28, of Ozone Park, New York.
Initially listed as missing after the attack in Jordan, the Army now believes she was killed in action. Today, she too came home.
🇺🇸 Sgt. Michael Emmanuel Swinton, 30, of Spring Lake, North Carolina.
Michael was killed in Iraq during a controlled detonation of a downed one-way unmanned aerial system while helping safeguard fellow soldiers. He will be posthumously promoted to Staff Sergeant and awarded the Bronze Star, Purple Heart, and Combat Action Badge.
Behind every uniform is a story.
A son. A daughter. A husband. A friend.
Someone who left home willing to serve something greater than themselves.
May God comfort those who loved them, strengthen their fellow service members, and may these four Americans never be forgotten.
