The $5K people forget to budget for when building a pool 👀

Your pool budget isn’t just about the pool.
Construction can also mean:
💧 Sprinkler repairs
🚧 Fence removal + reinstallation
🌱 New sod or ground cover

Heavy equipment and backyard access can take a toll - we recommend planning around $5K as a starting allowance for these post-construction fixes.

Not the most exciting part of your pool budget. But definitely one you’ll be glad you planned for.

Those details can increase the price. An infinity spa - with water spilling over all four sides - starts at an additional $3K and may require extra equipment.
