Carolina Site Logistics started the first phase of Point Hope 3 in February of 2024.

The project consists of a 360 Multi-family Development totaling 6 Apartment Buildings, 1 Clubhouse Building, 5 Retail Buildings, 3 Townhouse Buildings, 6 Garage Buildings, and 1 Pool Pavilion.

CSL has completed roughly 96% of the scope of work including all clearing, grading, installation of storm drain, water & sewer mains, pump station, fine grading, curbing and paving.
