One Team. One Goal. 💪🎨

This past Saturday, we had the opportunity to bring most of the Let’s Upgrade Painting team together — from our office staff and sales team to our project managers, painters, and subcontractors — for a morning focused on learning, communication, and growth.

Having so many members of our team together in one place was incredibly valuable. We spent the morning learning, sharing ideas, strengthening communication, and continuing to build the standards that represent Let’s Upgrade Painting.

Beautiful wood deserves more than a quick coat. 🪵✨

These exterior shutters needed more than just a new finish. We carefully removed the failing existing finish and properly prepared the wood before applying a premium sealer designed to enhance the natural grain while helping protect it from moisture and UV exposure.

Exterior wood is constantly exposed to the elements, which is why proper preparation and the right products matter when you want a finish that looks beautiful and lasts.
